-have 6K equity left here out of 100K -likely to ride it out to zero -any of the good ole boys left here? -have 75 idiots on ignore so I only see a few posts each day -guess most of the vets have left the building

Yup...still here just tired of all the BS. Things are not looking too good and as you say..probably ride it out to zero.

Here's what I'm doing, staying here waiting to see what happens in the next few weeks. I have not sold anything either and with what's left have decided to wait it out as the $ amount remaining to be gambled is worth the potential of a recovery by sale, new financing, take over or who knows what? I would never be able to cope with selling now only to find that by some miracle JW
