They Will survive

We just don't know what they will look like on the other side , btw for all you oil fear monkeys oil rallied from 24 to 52$ a retrace to 44$ and even 42$ was or is to be expected , oil is going to 60$-80$ before year end .

Well said Doc.  I'm betting a quick double at miminum  like Penn West.    Hold longer if they don't sell the farm or dump most if they sell off assets. I will dance when the big banksters take out the little troublesome banksters!

Well its been eirily quiet regarding the deadline, and with other companies selling parcels and buyers picking them up at reasonable prices considering the oil price, I think LTS should be able to sell off a few assets and keep a couple of renegade bankers at bay.. maybe even have the rest of the bankers pick up their share of the debt, if LTS can show some progress on some of the non-core asset ...more

Ain't quiet anymore. Think we just got fracked. Gave 97.75% of the company away leaving us 2.25% after dilution and they may not accept that. Got the email at 12am. Talk about burning the Midnight oil and pissing on everyone as they sleep? Can anyone understand the BS they just sent us?

Yup..shareholders take it up the wazoo once again!! Can't say it wasn't expected. So much for JW's statements over the years about retaining shareholder value. I guess what he meant was retaining Managements high paying jobs. Well, at least we know where we stand now,(ZERO), and can move on. Sadly,Going to take this as a 200k leson and Never believe Idiot management again.

-Globe -Winnipeg Press -TMX Money has reported the proposal by LTS -Stock House has posted nothing yet -they will be gone soon as well -This deal has more moving parts than a Chess Game and will take months to come together -Its actually our only hope. Without it you have zero.

New company has $350m debt. Nvp is $2.2 b. Share price will be above $22. Our shares will be 10k = 1100. My estimate current share = $0.25.

Are you calculating 7.75% warrant on the new shares ?
Comment by Sonofmshade on Jul 13, 2016 9:22am
At risk of sounding like the oilman - can't these guys do anything simple? Everything seems to be like a big clusterf*ck. Do the most complicated thing imaginable rather than any alternative. At the end of the day it probably a good thing but its just typical Lightstream.
