Banksters buying oil

Look at the trade on some of the larger oils.  Wall Street banksters are buying up oil quietly in a tight trading band.  Bullish for oil, bullish for this highly depressed, highly manipulated, yummy sub 20 cents stock like LTS!

Exactly right , big $$$$$ is loading up on oil accumulating . So am I (just not that kind of big $)
