There was no buyout since Lightstream went bankrupt- all its assets were transferred to the secured creditors.  In due course, it will be dissolved due to failure to file annual corporate returns ...more

My account shows the security as L013597 and I can't even click on it to bring up activity.I guess it's absolutely worthless now.. Is it even worth keeping anymore?

Lightstream was not bankrupt, it was sold and the name was changed to Ridgeback Resources. Your shares were transferred over to this now private Company. Actions will be forthcoming so hold your ...more

I still got them... tried to sell them on the open market so I could get a tax deduction but that failed... is there any point in holding them? Otherwise who can I contact to get the bacrupcy notice ...more
