Compare to zar asset sale, share holder should vote No
Zar just sold asset (1210 b per day, 5mb reservoir ) to tog for $89.5 m. Lts asset should be sold over $1.7 b Secured lender took the 95% asset for $650mus, that is unblieverable.

Holdernko you have to understand that not all assets are valued equally. LTS Cardium assets would not get that metric. LTS is getting more and more gassy as well. LTS currently has more debt then assets. Stay on the sidelines,
