Ok, wow so i get an 88 to 1 rollback on new shares. Holy sh$t.. 
Can someone please explain how the warrants work? Is there any money there? What a
scam...

10000 shares gets you 113 new shares plus 340 series 2 warrants -the warrants have little or no value unless share price gets over $15 -the warrants may trade on the TSX or Venture Exchange or over the counter pink sheets -the new common shares need to trade over $9 just to start even off the current price -the warrants may trade for pennies on speculation -say the companies assets are valued at 1 ...more
