Just A Final Thought
-first line creditors get 95M shares out of 100M shares outstanding -with over 2/3 thirds of the debt being wiped off the books they could sell easily sell the company get all their money plus a huge profit before the ink dries -we and unsecured creditors get back 2 cents on the dollar -this is just a reverse Ponzi scheme -I own 100K of this garbage at a high price and I say to Wright and Gangsters shove the 2 cents up your aaasss -I would gladly give up the rest to see Wright and the Gangsters go down with the rest of us! -I am voting 100% against this deal and against all board members if given the opportunity -they are trying to push this deal at Lightstream speed before anyone can figure it out -I suggest all shareholders and debenture guys vote this down

I agree. I'd rather end up with nothing than have these criminals manipulate this to their advantage. I sure hope someone is keep scoring up above so that peole like this get their just desserts in the end.

How do you come out the 2 centswhy I am thinking after the deal the price could be 18-20 for the new share?
