Do you guys believe everything you read or hear? Don't you ever learn ?   Who pulls the strings ?  The adhock comitte of the secured bond holders .. right ?   Who has the active lawsuit ?  The unsecured bond holders... right ?   - Why would the unsecured bond holders drop their lawsuit ?  Who have the most to loose if the lawsuit proceeds and is successful  ...more

Itrabs.... well said, I posted something to that effect on this board months ago and all I received was idiot comments that I didn't know what I was talking about.... Shareholders loose either way, your money is gone and everything goes to the bond holders, secured or unsecured who cares now... JMHO
