The marketing/development team have executed many new improvements to the website such as a revised home page, the ability to login through a Facebook account, and an innovative lottery picker and statistics section for advanced players.
With respect to the private placement of 17,000,000 common shares of LottoGopher Holdings Inc. (the “Shares”) at a price of $0.075 per Share closed on June 1, 2018, we hereby confirm receipt of aggregate subscription proceeds of $1,275,000.
