If the Phil and Reid were off enjoying their riches, why would Phil return to face the angry mob of shareholders? Woudn't he be long gone?
It's going to be a long road to any semblance of recovery, there's aprox 3M in cash and their vegas facility left which they could sell or leverage for additional funding. At this point, I have no choice but to hold and hope they can execute on their plan.
