BAD RAP
I've watched this board for some time now staying relatively quiet only contributing on a few occasions but never the less continuing to do my own investigating along the way.I started off as an early investor with Ascent and kept investing up until late 2018 with high hopes like everyone else.It's been a nightmare for all of us over the last year and a bit, I've see a lot of dialogue and bashing of the founders by some calling them criminals but are they really or just the easiest targets we can all direct our anger and frustration at? Yes there were definitely mistakes made along the way but my understanding of the facts is that these guys were advised to step down by their legal councel, they didn't just pack up and flee with everyones cash,they themselves also lost a lot of money from what i've heard.
Now people seem to forget it was only after Blair and Karim took control of Ascent that is when things realy started to go badly and eventualy the company was almost entirely destroyed by selling off the Canadian assets,leaving us in CCAA.
Ask yourself who do you realy think profited from all this because from what ive learned and come to truely believe it wasn't the founders.

Fritz-d-Cat: You speak the truth. Blair Jordain and Karim are both scum bags and karma will catch up with them for not behaving honouably to their mandate.

I respectfully disagree.. I am still of the opinion this thing is run by a bunch of criminals, with their only intent to suck the last few $$ out of the company. hope I'm wrong though.. I'm still holding this POS
