RE:RE:To a Healthy ComebackUpdate: The 3 founders voluntarily resigned based on the advice of the day from legal counsel suggesting it would help increase the probabiltiy of maintaining their canadian LP liceince. They were also assured by the appointed CEO Blair Jordan and Karim they would do their solemn best. Their best was to rape millions of dollars from the company and drive it into CCAA where they were solidily in control by appointmment to take cream for themselves and a few friends, (call them corprate stakeholders) who had lots to gain from blocking out any influence from founding fathers to move forward witht the best interest of shareholders going forward.
The original mandate of Blair Jordan and Karim was to help the company but very early in the process Blair changed his intentions to seek personal financial gain by dismantelling the company for personal gain by forcing Ascent into CCAA and significantly profited from its demise. Blair is not a pawn he's the primary reason we are all suffering these losses and the current situation. We now have an opportunity under Philips leadership, indepth knowledge of the cannabis space combined with the committed determination to make things right and bring this company back from the ashes. These are my personal thoughts only.
