There have been 28 offers made to ASNT. An offer by ACB at $0.245 was turned down by Blair Jordan. He must have a better offer on the table. Or he has something up his sleeve.

Accepting an offer at 0.245 would mean almost all of the shareholders would lose money. They would need to take an offer at $0.40 for the majority of shareholders to break even, and for it to be worth it for the top dogs involved. As shitty as things seem now, they have a better chance at protecting their investment by simply selling the Canadian assets and operating as an international ...more
