What's the Delay! Why Still Halted??

Shouldn't they have been trading by now?  they made the announcement on the Presser... lets get on with it!!

This is speculation, but I would imagine the news was leaked without the deal being completed so they had to halt the stock until it was finalized and the final terms were reached.  The delay is nothing to worry about.
