Who else had dumpster fire for $1,000 Alex?
Nothing tangible ... nothing ... for five months, and don't try excuses about getting it back off the ground (or that ground being "stolen" from out of it by nominees) ... this was dumed to fail through clear (alleged) misrepresentation and/or fraud (opinion only). How did CRA not pick this up!?!?
Feel free to reference previous posts ... just saying that every other company I've ever seen with only three people on the Board has failed drammatically ... a lack of vision, ideas, corporate governance, fiduciary duty, etc.
There is only one person on the Board qualified, and I'm just amazed he's attached his name to it for pitance of remunreation (i.e. sold out integrity and profesionalism based on his extensive resume).
Mostly I got bored with no one posting ...
