Signs of a recovery in high quality Juniors?

Good read right here on stockhouse. " Signs of a recovery in penny stocks finally visable." Aug 24/12. "What I'am noticing are several high quality juniors we hold or track are showing noticable signs of life." And one of those stocks they hold is Levon. He thinks silver and gold are going to take a run this fall and he sees Levon running right along with silver. He says they have been loading up on Levon in the low .30's. What could really help these two metals run is QE3 which is looking more and more likely this sept. Hopefully he is right. Looks like Curvy could be out at .49 very soon?
