The strategic alliance is new in their wording, but what I believe, is they are open to work with others to bring in the best value for share holders. This has always been an exploration company not a mining company. The main plan is to asses the reserves and sell to a major. Ron the CEO is the largest single shareholder at this time. I have heard up to ten mining companies have signed up to review the project and if what I am hearing is correct there are 3 who have resigned. What we are all waiting for is the 43 -101 report due out any day now. We are expecting a substanial increase in reserves. With insider buying recently and core samples showing improved resources, the anticipation is to prove up Levon has a resource worth multiple dollars per share rather than the pennies it is currently trading at. Please note their past report was focused on $25.00 silver. It will be interesting to see if that number comes down with potentially higher grade from the most recent drilling. PC.
