New Shareholders

I think the interesting question is "What do the new shareholders see for the future of Levon?" Ron is investing in Pershing, a company with billionaire share holders. They don't seem to need Levon's money so the main focus should be why are they taking a sizable position in Levon? I also understand Pershing is in close proximity to Newmont. Seems to me to be a small world. PC
