RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:1 Million private PlacementPEA, that's something that's never released until the resource is economical to mine.  And the PEA is the ONLY level of reporting resources that is allowed to calculate INFERRED ounces into the calculations for economic feasibility.  In case you are unfamiliar, INFERRED is the lowest category on the heirachy of reported ounces.  The stongest to weakest is:
Proven,
Probably,
Measured,
Indicated,
Inferred.

P.S.
PGLC longs have been promised QUARTERLY their PEA since Q3-2011.   Nada, Zip, Nyet.  Yet, PGLC's raised almost 50mil$ from just 2 wallets in that interim. with only about $4.8mil devoted to drilling.   If it is so damned "economical", then start mining already, y'know?
