RE:RE:RE:Trading will begin when and when do we get our shares?

Sorry about the typos - old Samsung cell phone problems and big fingers on little keys.

I emailed the Company mentioned on the last LVN NR for info, and was told the Transaction is due to close no earlier than June 15th. So it could be a couple days after that. Then, your Brokerage should have the exchanged shares in the Account within 2 weeks after that.

So we are looking at June 29th to get the 1000 Shares of Scivac and 500 Shares of Spinco in your Accounts, to replace the 1000 Shares of Levon you have now.

Up til the Closing Date you can Trade your LVN Shares. However, between the Closing Date and when the new Shares show up in your Account, as I see it you will not be able to trade and Shares you currently have.

You can buy new shares of Scivac and Spinco after the Close of the Transaction and they start Trading, but the Shares of Levon you have in your ccounts on the Closing Date will essentially be frozen until your Brokerage gets the replacement Scivac and Spinco shares into your Account, approximately 2 weeks afterwards.

My guess on opening morning June 15th - Spinco Shares will be $0.18 cents, Scivac will be $0.36

So you will have $90 in Spinco and $360 in Scivac for every 1000 shares of Levon you now own, which are currently worth $500

Anyone refute any of this? Give 'er ! Love to hear some guesses.
