RE:RE:RE:Some digging
RE:RE:RE:Some diggingYou would have to look at the history of events back when the deals were done. It all ended with Levon owning the Pershing position as mentioned on another post along with being merged with SciVac. SiVac is now VBI. Levon shareholders were all given SiVac shares at the time. Levon was then spun ot on its own. In the end Levon did a reverse split 1 for 2, has a Pershing position and the shareholders own some VBI. The players Ron got involved with are part of a group of billionaires who could make things happen. Lower commodity prices however hurt the whole precious metals market so Ron decided to sit until last summer rather than spend the company's money in a negative period. As for the billionaries, that is an interesting research project which involves one name leading to another. Check out Pershing's people then follow the cookie crumbs. One thing about Ron, I have never seen him sell his shares, nor as demonstrated in the last private placement undermine the shareholder value with a low ball placement. Also Ron is the largest shareholder in the company. He has skin in this and wants success more than most of the posters here. And no I am not a personal friend of Ron's. I only know of him because of this investment. Was getting into bed with other players a good thing? I believe looking back we would have been better off without them. However that is hind site. Maybe my VBI stock will pay off next year when they complete stage 3 clinical trials and then I will say just the opposite. You just never know what will happen next. Good investing everybody. PC.
