Merger just annoucedLevon is merging with Discovery Metals- DSV on the TSXV current price is 23 cents.Levon share holders will hold 49.6% of Discovery common shares. While former share holders of Discovery will hold 50.4% of Discovery common shares. Could be wrong but looks a lot better than what we had?
