I have 300,000 for the no vote. Further Levon's IR person may be out of work. They seem to have left him out of the loop. Is it just me or does this feel like the board just wants to get out regardless of price. I could understand this better if there is a cash infusion from Discovery to further the drill program. Is it my understanding that they have to pull in 90% of the shares to force a 100% takeover. This board it would seem should come up with something greater than 10%, which if my understanding is correct, we could maintain our shares as is.?? I look forward to any comment from others with deeper knowledge.PC
