I wonder how many other tricks they have after the merger to squeeze us out. If they were honest they would have done a rights offering after the merger. Now you know they type of people you are dealing with. I wonder if our management team knew about this financing before the lock up agreement. It does not seem that they are looking out for the best interest of shareholders. What has current management done to protect shareholders?
