Hi Cubalibra, From the 12/31 Financials: During the nine months ended December 31, 2014, the Company earned 9.9% interest in Pershing Gold Corporation (Pershing) by acquiring 35,178,572 shares of common stock at USD $0.28 per share for an aggregate amount of USD $9,850,000. In June of 2015 there was an 18 for 1 consolidation making the LVN basis in the investment $5.04. Ron thought he was parking money, but cash would have been much better, we would have $6 million more. LRG
