RE:RE:Proven Resources ( LVN ) vs NO Resources ( DSV )

RE:RE:Proven Resources ( LVN ) vs NO Resources ( DSV )Clearly, DSV is taking advantage of the fact that the total market cap of their company is about the same as Levon's to propose a merger of equals (LVN receives no premium to their share value in this merger). So, what does DSV bring to the table? I guess the market considers their exploration properties potentially lucrative? They are in a stable of companies that have access to financing and their management is currently stable whereas LVN is slightly in disarray after Ron's passing. Personally, I would prefer that we receive say 0.75 shares instead of only 0.55 but there is no denying that the combined entity will be stronger than each will on its own. Perhaps another suitor will realize how good of a deal that DSV is getting and proffer a superior offer? But considering we are at the bottom of the market cycle maybe that is just wishful thinking?
