Proven Resources ( LVN ) vs NO Resources ( DSV )
I am a large shareholder ( 2+ million shares ) of LVN and can't figure out why no-one is talking about what each of these companies is bringing into this proposed transaction...
Levon has proven they have : 400+ million oz of Silver, 1.27 million oz of Gold, 8 billion pounds of Zinc, etc Discovery has proven they have diddly squat !!!
In my mind, I think any Levon shareholder that votes to proceed with this transaction would have to be crazy - am I wrong ? You guessed right if you think I am voting AGAINST this transaction...
I emailed some questions to Levon and I am awaiting their responses.

YES, they are taking advantage of the situation of the day... BUT that does not mean we have to accept this incredibly ridiculous offer !!! I wouldn't accept a .99 conversion to give up what we have !!! compared to their non existent resources. Just vote NO to this proposal !!!

Question is, "how do you contact stockholders with the majority shares and convince them?" I'm for one is with you. I guess this Board is a starting point.

I was under the impression Ron Tremblay owned 20% of Levon, but I could be wrong. According to the Proposal, Victor C. Chevillon is NOT allowed to vote his shares... so that takes 1.4 mil off the table for voting.

I hope there is another proposer because rejecting this one is a no-brainer imho.

I sent an email to the IR email address for Levon, as posted in the Transaction anouncement, on May 31 and have not gotten a response as of yet. IF we do not hear from someone at Levon maybe we can stop this in its tracks by contacting the exchanges we trade on ???
