RE:Share Count ( on Stockhouse Board ) and voting intentionHeywood Silvers as of today will plan to vote their 75,000 shares a "no" as the deal appears less than fair.
It would take about 60,000,000 shares to vote down the merger, so there is a ways to go on this one. Still hoping for a superior offer to come along.
