RE:RE:RE:RE:FROM A LONG TERM SHAREHOLDER
RE:RE:RE:RE:FROM A LONG TERM SHAREHOLDERWell, here's my take on this whole situation. DSV management may very well be better stewarts and are experts at what they do but we are just giving away half our property to them at a very bad time. The timing cannot be worse at sub $15/oz Ag prices so we are in a bad spot. But here's the thing, at $20/Oz Ag our property would be worth north of $400 M according to the PEA that was done recently. Do you think we are going to get to $20 silver soon is the big question? IMHO we are going to get there and I think it will be very soon. Just look at gold prices, it has already broken out of its downtrend and is moving close to $1350. If the Fed begins to lower rates, and there is 90% probability it is going to happen before 2020 ( according to the bond market - and they are the most astute traders in the whole market ). When Ag hits $20/oz what do you think LVN shares would be trading at? At least over $1/sh and we could then be in a position to get financing or a much better deal to bring this property to where it should be.
Guys, if I felt that Ag prices would not be moving off $15/oz for the next 5 years or longer then of course this deal with DSV would be the next best alternative. Think of where we are in the cycle. Its been a long long wait for the precious metal prices to move but we are getting very close now. Do you own research. Whenever the Fed begins an easing cycle is when the metals take off. We are getting very close to this happening so I would still vote no at this point. My 2 cents.
