RE:RE:FROM A LONG TERM SHAREHOLDERI did mention to Taj that if the proposed arrangement is truly a merger of equals Levon should receive at least 50%, otherwise if this is structured as a buyout give us a premium.  I have not heard back from him yet, but I did mention we are a ways off from the vote still and there is of course time to tweak the proposal in order to make it more palatable to LVN shareholders.

I would be comfy in the 60%+ range.  I don't expect that, but rather am hoping for a superior counter-offer.
