ok, so what did LVN say ?  We already discussed that DSV management let the Cordero Asset go so WHY should they be given a second bite at the apple ?   to sell it once again under their shareholders for their own personal gain ?

It looks like an inside deal.  something very fishy going on with the current management,  If they were honest they would put the company for sale and get the best price instead of secretly trying to pass this deal through.

if they put the company up for sale or brought in a new management team they would ALL lose their jobs - with this proposal they get to keep their jobs...  they are not looking out for their shareholders ( this is what most management teams do, look out for # 1 ( themselves )) or shareholder value, they just see the writing on the wall as far as their job prospects are concerned...  DSV
