once again management looking out for themselves... this is akin to a free stock option. If we ( Levon shareholders voting no to this ( stealing of our asset )) had the news or metal prices, think of where the Levon Share price would be !!!

The stock will go lower if the merger happens. Anyone that is not getting greased or has a half a brain will vote no. There is no need to even discuss it with the management. If management has anything to say they should put it in a press release for everone to read.
