Solid interview. Looks like current business is consistent and future growth is inevitable.  CEO looks confident and has been buying shares. Hopefully we close out the year in the $16-17 range.

Is anyone able to model what an expected 5-6% increase in retirement occupancy would do for EPS?

It would increase it, lol. I wish I knew, but I just listened to the CEO interview again, and so far he's delivered every time. Should be a good year, especially when rates begin to come down.
