RE:No News on the Financing Still?Can anyone out there confirm whether or not a company can change the terms of a financing with notifying the market as a result that they are halted? The rumors are starting to circulate that the financing is nowhere near completed and the book is a fraction of what was required. In addition, there are rumors that they have repriced the equity portion due to lack of interest. Now I have no hard facts of this but this is what is circulating. Many nervous shareholders.
