its right there in the filing that they burn a million bucks a month and they have 30-40 million in debt. does that sound like a good business? what did they have to do to resolve with canopy? i call BS that it was not material.

So the downward grind continues on low low volume today. This is very painful. How long do we hang on? Conspicuous absence of further communication from mgt does not bode well for the future here.

What happens when the SP is equal to the SP before the ripoff, I mean consolidation? How is that going to be viewed? I originally bought in at 1.25....

with 46 million in debt, i dont think they can dig themselves out of this hole. 50 cents for sure maybe zero.
