Why is SP not moving

Why is SP not movingInvestors do not seem to realize that Lynas is the only X-China source of Rare Minerals.
The volume of shares traded in the U.S. speaks volumes.
Not sure what it will take to move this stock.
I guess patience is required. I hate that.
Perhaps U.S. operations in Texas will start making headlines to create a stir.
