Insider selling

Insider sellingI really have to question what motivates the directors of MAA.  We have another officer selling, a Mr Orlando of Mag Forestry.  This after the windpipe PR guy said BLA BLA BLA MAG takes seriously BLA BLA BLA, makes you wonder, either Mag pays their employees less than Walmart, or these guys are up to their eyeballs in debt.  Take an average investor and ask would you sell your stock before some really good news?  NO you would probably either defer expenses or take a loan for 90 days, as one could expect to double your cash etc etc.  Ya I know folks sell for a variety of reasons, but come on now, at this juncture again MAG looks like a bunch of clowns.  Wish this outfit was run by first rate management, not by a bunch of third stringers.

I have no idea what their blackout windows are but, HEY STUPID you sold for $54,000 but we closed at what would have been $67,000 for you only 7 days later, so you left $13,000 on the table. And you probably will forfeit another $13K by the end of next week.
