MAA in spite of the Burtons will pop sometime, my bet is float up to the high 50's then gap up closer to April. By then we will know how much dilution and financing will play out. I can see MAA at its old highs in 2 years IF the Burtons get their act together and resign! Then MAA can get a competent group moving this project froward, there are just too may positives.
