conf call

conf callThe bottom line for most of their reasoning in this call seems to be that they believe the partner has a shared interest and won't back out or play games. Why they claim there are no break-fees or up front payments. The project structure is not bad but they are very much in a "show me" position now.

One factor in their favour is that Complant is associated to the company currently doing the Imboulou Dam in North RoC, have experience elsewhere in Africa and that the Mengo project is now a feature of bilateral relations between the RoC and Chinese governments.Whether that is enough, "time will tell".
