If the share offering is the same as Sino...

If the share offering is the same as Sino...I know it won't happen because our management lacks the art of the deal, but they should offer at a price equal to the .70 NO LESS as was agreed to on the SINO deal.  Complant's (always looks like complaint to me) stock rose on the news and MAA sinks.  Russian potash prices are rising, BHP makes an investment in Sask. and MAA looks like a bunch of dummies giving away the company for nothing......frustrating, and the only folks making money off of this are the lawyers and brokers....what a sham.

All of MAA's PRs state "dilution to a minimum......what are they thinking?  They say they have the short term cash and are waiting for the infrastructure build out, but it "should be less than the original estimate".

Does IR return emails?  IR is certainly doing a poor job.

If the offer price is low ball who would like to form a group in order to OUST the Burtons?
