Buy-out bye bye

Buy-out bye byeIf there was anyone else - at least of industry stature/credibility - interested, then we would have heard from them now as MAA management went running around looking for someone/anyone when the first Chinese deal fell through.

.60? Who knows. It is supposed to valued by an independent valuer but they haven't told us the first thing about what methodlogy is going to be used to get to that price.

Still amazing that this thing trades at the
.40 range days before the deal is to close. But as it is said, revulsion is the last stage of the market cycle.
