Number 581 (good post btw) - how would the deal skip the 3rd party valuation, as you mention, if that is written up in the original agreement. You are assuming, then, that Complant believes it has MAG management on the ropes and can offer whatever it wishes? It is kind of a sad end for something that has taken this long to get this far. I will make money at
.60 and there is more upside as you mention, from the roll out.
