take a deep breath and count to 10

take a deep breath and count to 10History will show us that these reactions are a normal course of investing after the recent news.
- Lets remind ourselves of what is going on here for what we KNOW. (facts)
- Before complant even started looking at the company's assets etc. they were very interested.
-They were interested when mag management and complant board of directors wanted to go through with the deal but the SDIC was delayed. We are talking about GOVERNMENT.  more so, the chinese government who like to take their time.  To intensify the possibility of a delay, there was this BHP takeover bid, which may change the way the potash is priced and integrated in the world markets at the time of a signing of a fairly major potash deal.
- the chinese government has demanded that the major companies/banks etc.. find a way to suppress or block the aquisition. This puts a hold on major potash deals  because not only the SDIC needs to approve now, the government that are above SDIC will be in discussions hence delay.
- reading complants discussion board is pointless because there was a major influx of discussions that a deal was signed and  the share price went up. We now know that is not the case. Now they are saying complant is essentially gone and brazil and india are looking. Maybe, but there is no credibility.
- we know that Mag is actually in a better position now than a few months ago.
- mag is reducing their losses on their balance sheet
-mag is a  very low cost producer and will have customers
-Government of Congo has repeatedly expressed their enthusiasm and support for this project which has increased by passing the PIA into law
-potash prices are set to go higher long term.
-Magindustries may have a massive amount of potash in their exploration, which they could eventually be a major player int the world.
-If a deal is done (I believe a matter of time), the possibility of a deal done with the DRC with their mag energy will increase.
lumber prices are set to increase med to long term.
-Mag has a unique geographical location to ship potash.
I could list more but i think that's probably enough.
If magindustries got an offer from someone else, The SDIC would probably make a decision based on the recommendation of the board of directors, which they usually do hence all of the projects they have done in the past. I bet if you could go back and list all of the projects that the board of directors approved and the SDIC did not approve, I doubt you would find hardly any.
Complant/SDIC know that in the case of a third party offer, Complant would have the clear advantage as i mentioned before the reduced capex and attractive financing. Magindustries also is more concearned at building a company and not just selling assets.
If the SDIC would approve of a project, you would assume that the recent world topic of potash, that  a deal that includes potash would get the go ahead. Not to mention they get the building contract, and the bank loan.
Everything is pointing to a deal, just a matter of a few months. Stay cool and calm. The worst that could happen med term, it goes to 25 cents where i will be buying more.
