RE: RE: RE: COMPLANT postStill doesn't make any sense. The only rebels left in RoC (the Ninjas) are hundreds of kms away in Pool, outside Brazzaville, far from the Mengo site. They are offiically at peace and their leader (Ntoumi) is a minister in the govt. It is more a private militia of maybe 100-200.
