RE: My email to Rich.....all valid questions

RE: My email to Rich.....all valid questionsAll great questions.
The problem is he is going to be swamped with emails and phone calls. He will most likely answer the large institutional investors first.
The issue is not the "raising of funds" necessarily. It actually may be a good thing. What is extremely dissapointing is that this is the time of the month where many people are expecting news about complant and the expected signing. When you start off your press release about "pleased about "financing"", You fist think that they got financing from complant and the deal is a go ahead. When you read on however, It basically says that they got financing but oh wait, its financing to further dilute patient investors. Its the timing, unexpected nature, and no clarity whatsoever.
There may be a silver lining in all of this. Since it does not make sense for more cash (unless the 3rd quarter was a disaster) There may be something in the works that they believe will seal the deal without telling us a deal is done, so they cannot elaborate or a new venture that would be beneficial to shareholders. They could have put off financing for another quarter i'm sure. So i wonder why do they want to raise? and why not do it after or on the 3rd quarter results with clarity on what the situation is with complant/other strategic investors/financiers?.
