break fee break free

break fee break freeThe break fee of $2.6m much as I don't like it, was inevitable. As long as China has the opportunity to come back no 3rd party was going to agree to enter an agreement and spend time on DD knowing they can outbid at any time. TSC is a hedge for us, and that comes at a price. It is the cost of exiting the China dead end.

Starting to get used to the TSC proposition. But then again, MAG has always managed to move my expectations downward so that any new development, however unpalitable, seems better than the alternatives. Until the process begins anew.

Seasonal regards to all. This is a good board -- those who post here have provided useful perspectives, analysis and information. Here's hoping for better things in 2011.
