messy

messyFirst of all, we need to stop wasting our time worrying about a lawsuit, because it will not happen. they may be riding the fine line, but i'm sure it is all technically legal. Especially with institutional investors who have degree's and decades of experience in investing with legal teams.
That being said, I will be talking to knut tomorow and hopefully i can aslo talk with rich (doubt it). I have some very hard but very valit points for them such as "what was the "strategy" in issuing these warrants with no commitment on their part,?. Everyone in the inevesting community does not understand how this move was a benefit to shareholders,." etc.. I am going to be very firm but not too much because they can just shut down. When dealing with these people, you have to give them "respect" (or act like you do) and they usually will respond favorably. We will see what happens.
I will also ask if mag had a meeting in south afrtica with a previous interested party etc...
I am extremely frustrated with everything that has been going on in the last year. If a year ago people would say this stock would be at .18cents today with all the potash hype going on, I would have told them ok, either this project is a mirror image of Bre X or management has less brains then the chimps in the ROC. I probably would have laughed if someone told me that and said: yeah ok then. this is insanity.
What we need to do is to possibly launch an investigation in their claims about this "world class project". I would not be surprised if a large institutional investing firm does this. It is starting to really smell like people could have been "fudging the numbers", actually intently misleading info or other hurdles not disclosed to the public.
Out of all the potash/fertilizer/financing/agri/infrastructure/etc.. companies, not one wants to invest int this "world class potash project with crazy potential in a country that is relatively stable, with a port like point nore that is basically walking distance, this project located in a unique place in the world that have signed contracts to a growing brazil,???????? can export it cheaper than virtually anyone to south america, europe, south aftica?? ALL OF THIS AND NO ONE WANTS TO DANCE??? SOMETHING IS UP, I DON'T KNOW WHAT BUT SOMETHING IS DEFINATELY NOT RIGHT!!!!!!!
