FLOOD MAG MANAGEMENT

FLOOD MAG MANAGEMENTI have come to realize a few things.
When I first did my DD on this company, i read there were a few legal actions against the company. I have now learned that where there is smoke, there is probably the fire.
Let's be honest. There is no reason why this stock price even with everything that went on should be valued near this level. At this point, everything seems like it is coming to the surface, all of management lies and misleading statements. I guess the biggest indication is that when all of the juniors in the sector went up exponentially, we did not  budge, but actually went down, with the closest to production, low cost of production, and world class deposit, ready for construction. You are telling me that no one seen value? Obviously there is more at work than meets the eye.
We have to remember that institutional investors have many more tools than the average joe. They can usually spot a bag of crap, and because they did not move when everyone else did, that should have given us a clear answer to sell, and wait to see if they get a deal done and move in after.
Don't get me wrong, if we did get all this wrong, and everything is just "circumstancial" this is an amazing risk/reward opportunity. Also, one thing that really questions if it was in fact more "bad luck" is that why did the company complant accept the deal after extensive due dilligence? (except the gov).
There seems to be so many questions, and the fog surrounding this stock is very thick. I think the recent sell off is partly due to the quake, and also the domino effect where people have targets on where they would sell to recouperate some cash, and so it goes down and down further. We have definately entered that stage, and nothing is going to repair the cycle except  some good news, or clarity.
I think the stock would really rebound if management would get off their bums and make a news relsease saying that they are still in aggressive talks with 2 suitors, provide updated info, clarify on the tsc situation ect.... if everything is just a misunderstanding, this stock would stop falling, and would regain traction. But now we have to ask ourselves: Is this because there are major things wrong with the situation? maybe there is no one else, and were just bluffing to get tsc to sign? I think everyone here needs to flood mag management with emails about CLARIFYING THE WHOLE SITUATION!. IF EVERYONE ON THIS BOARD DID SO, I THINK IT WOULD LIKELY GET THEM TO ACT (100or more emails demanding clarity or we all sell), sounds good???
