continue

continueI guess when you think about it, if complant did approach magindustries again, it would have to mean one thing, and this is probably why I did not sell my shares just yet:
If it is true that complant contacted mag management during the blackout period and are interested and wanted to hold them off of the deal with tsc to talk, chances are really good that it was SDIC who told complant to contact mag and tell them to hold on. Why would complant contact mag management again and express their interest in the deal when SDIC would not tell them to do so?. It is interesting and one of the only reason's why i still hold. Knut did say that they are looking for a deal comparable to the complant deal and think they can get it...(could be bs, who knows)
Let's remember, for the right company, the deal for the suitor that aquires the jv with magindustries is set to make massive profits, especially with where potash prices are headed. (if all technical and provable reserves are correct)
