1. He gave investors too much information that was not public knowlege and got into big trouble.
2. they do not need his services and are burning cash. they decided his services were no longer needed and someone else more important can fill his position until the economics of the company are more favorable. Especially when the year end results come and they can say that they are "reducing cash burn" ect.. to try and spin a positive.
